The delivery time is an estimate based on recent deliveries. magic COSMOS street can't guarantee the items to arrive within the dates above mentioned. Shipping time is influenced heavily by weather, strikes (including transportation and air strikes), and other situations such as the ongoing corona outbreak.
Confirm that the package is from magic COSMOS St. before signing for it. All our orders are shipped in a pink bag, and have a magic COSMOS/COSMOS St. thank you card inside. Check for visible package damage before signing, check for the correct recipient name and address. If the incorrect package is signed, we can't guarantee the whereabouts of your order, nor can we take responsibility for it.
DELIVERY TIME
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:➤ Processing duration: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
➤ Shipping duration: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
PROCESSING DURATION
Orders take 1-12 business days to process. Depending on the status of our manufacturers, some products may take longer. Because of the nature of the Korean fashion market, some delays are inevitable and can delay your order by up to 20 business days. Please kindly understand that magic COSMOS street does NOT offer cancellations due to these delays. One thing to note is that these delays are true for ALL customers, local and foreign alike. We would like to assure our customers that we will do everything we can to deliver your order as fast as possible to wherever you are. In case of delays, please know that we are working to serve you best. We would like to warn our customers in advance that all footwear are likely to take longer due to their popularity and manufacturing process. Please keep this in mind and order well in advance from the date you need it, to ensure they arrive in time!
SHIPPING DURATION
After processing time, all orders will have transit time of 8-12 business days. Please note that due to the current covid-19 crisis, and to unforeseen weather conditions (such as heavy rain, storms, or snow) shipments to all our destinations can still be affected by transit delays. The 8 to 12 business days is simply an estimate based on the average time our orders take to arrive to the USA.
